You need to check and see if you are eligible for services from the Regional Center or Department of Rehabilitation. Each agency has their own intake department and you can contact them to make an appointment to see if you are eligible. You can check out Pomona Regional Center website: www.sgprc.org or call 909-622-7722 and ask for the intake department. The Department of Rehabilitation website is: www.rehab.cahwnet.gov or call 626-856-8742.
You will contact your counselor from Regional Center or Department of Rehabilitation and let them know you are interested in attending SGVTC. They will send us a referral packet and you will be contacted.
