SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT ANNUAL JOB COACH MEETING

SGVTC Annual Job Coach Meeting was held on Saturday, February 26, 2011. This annual training provides staff and coaches an opportunity to receive updates, share stories and learn coaching techniques that will help them in the field. Refreshments were provided by the Food Service Program.

This year’s training focused on measurement of goals, behavioral issues in the field, health and safety, best practices, client success stories, current policies and procedures, systematic instruction, DDS budget barriers and upcoming trends to be expected in Supported Employment.
