SGVTC Welcomes Oscar
As you enter the San Gabriel Valley Training Center gate, a smiling face will greet you. When a visitor arrives at the gate, he will politely ask who would you like to see. Employees, consumers and parent of consumers transporting will be given a wave and a smile. This is Oscar, our Front Gate Security Guard. He started working with SGVTC on December 16, 2010.
Oscar is very friendly, respectful and tries to do his job as efficiently as possible. He has been a consumer of SGVTC since 2004. He has worked in IKEA in their cafeteria , McDonalds, Nathans Famous Hotdog Dog, Johnny Carino’s, and at the Los Angeles Zoo, Majale Restaurant
To prepare himself for his present job, Oscar enrolled at the Crossroad Security and registered as a Guard, got certified in CPR/First Aid, Firearms, Pepper Spray Training and a permit to carry firearms from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services in Sacramento.
Oscar is very happy with the opportunity to work here at San Gabriel Valley Training Center.
