My name is Heath Seifried. I am the Food Service Program Manager. Let me tell you a little about myself, I graduated in 2003 from the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Gorden Bleu Program in Pasadena.
I have worked in numerous fine-dining establishments such as La Parisian Wolfgang Pucks, in Hollywood and T’s in Washington State. Also, I had been a personal chef for the theosophical society.
I have been working at San Gabriel Valley Center for the last three years. Of all the restaurants I have worked; working at SGVC is the best, most challenging and most inspirational work of my life.
Every day is a new experience with something to look forward to.
